Alzheimer’s, Dementia & Memory Care

Memory Care can encompass a single diagnosis of Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI), Alzheimer’s or Dementia, or a combination of diagnoses to include Parkinson’s disease, Dementia with Lewy bodies, Frontotemporal dementia, Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease, and Vascular dementia. Understanding the diagnosis is key to matching the level of care and community for your loved one. For example, seniors with a diagnosis of MCI may live in an Assisted Living environment, where they can enjoy a level of independence as long as possible, but it will be important to help you find a community that offers Memory Care so they can transition into it, when the time comes.
